Loved by Chloe offers a satisfaction guaranteed shopping experience, we will inspect every piece thoroughly before shipping to you to be sure that your order is in perfect condition. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the clothing items within 7 days of receiving them. Item must be return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached for an exchange or refund. Additional 20% restocking fee will be charged if item is found to be worn, damaged or soiled.
Please note that we do not accept return on sale items. Accessories & Bathing suits are final sale - no return or exchange. Refunds apply in accordance with consumer legislation and in the case of faulty garments. There may be a 1-2 cm difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect or faulty. Refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postal charges.We cannot be held accountable for any missing or damaged items sent regular post
To organize an exchange or refund you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel before you ship back to us. You can contact us by email at email@example.com. In your email please provide us with the details of the item purchased and the reason you wish to return or exchange it. Once you have notified us place the item in the mail together with the proof of purchase and include a self addressed envelope and we will return the item to you as soon as we receive the original.
